Baroque
“My piece is based on the idea of exhaustion, excess, and decadence typical of the end of the Dark Ages” says the creator.

Judith 3000
A futuristic reinterpretation of the baroque heroine Judith. Inside a palace located in a space station, she holds the captured head of an extraterrestrial creature while interacting with advanced holographic technology. The image blends baroque chiaroscuro, opulence and science-fiction aesthetics.

The Host
This work depicts a decaying flower transforming into a translucent biological host where new forms of life emerge both within and across its surface. Inspired by Baroque tenebrism and vanitas symbolism, the series explores transformation, decay, and hidden ecosystems growing inside dying matter.

Renaissance

The Secret
Secrets travel through the night.
In the quiet glow of candlelight, a masked noblewoman receives a letter that changes everything.

Guardian of Silence
A solitary figure stands before a monumental guardian creature inside a cathedral-like hall. Inspired by Baroque drama and sacred architecture, the work explores the tension between human fragility and mythic power.

Baroque Clown

Do Not Disturb

Bioreceptive Baroque
Bioreceptive Baroque uses microtopography (heterogeneous surfaces) to create architectural substrates that promote the growth of natural organisms in its “nooks and crannies.” While baroque architecture often included ornamentation of foliage that fooled the eye into believing that the surfaces were alive, we propose a scaffolding for actual growth to occur.
